Disciples at All Saints are a Part of a Community

The community of faith celebrates together in life’s joys, and supports one another through life’s trials. Our pastoral team is here to respond when care is needed for illness, crisis, incarceration or death. Please notify the church office when you or a member of your family is entering the hospital, or any other time when pastoral care is needed. Pastoral counseling is available for members and appointments can be made directly with the pastors or by calling the church office. Arrangements for Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals, and other pastoral acts can be made with the pastors or by calling the church office.

Communion Ministry

A team of trained Eucharistic Ministers provide the Sacrament of Holy Communion to our ill and homebound members on a regular basis. Consecrated elements from our Sunday morning worship are brought to the home, hospital room or nursing home to be shared within a brief service.  Please contact the church office if you or a loved one would like to receive a home Communion visit.

Visitation Ministry

As an extension of the caring ministry of the congregation and the pastor, members regularly visit with our elderly or infirm members.  Contact the church office to arrange for these visits.

Contact Pastor Kris, Pastor Ginger or the church office for more information.
