Neighbor’s Together Christmas

Dec. 20

11 am – 3:00 pm

2105 Cosgrove Ave., N. Charleston

As we feel the chill in the weather, we are reminded that it is that time of year again- time to start thinking about holiday volunteering again with Neighbors Together!

This year Neighbors Together is organizing one day with three separate shifts to give back: Saturday, December 21st from 11-1 and 1-3:00. We have reserved 12 spots for our All Saints group.

We will need volunteers to help participants choose family board games, select their groceries, find a coat, as well as assist with serving the warm meal and [ass out stockings to all of the children. All volunteers will need to complete a required Volunteer Application online. Volunteers working the same shift may choose to carpool to Neighbor’s Together (2105 Cosgrove Ave., North Charleston, 29405).

For those interested in volunteering individually for other serving roles on Saturday, we will update the church website with that link once it becomes available later this month.

Please sign up to join our group by Dec. 14th.

Via de Cristo Weekend

Via de Cristo Weekend Coming in September

SC Lutheran Via de Cristo is a community that comes together to deepen our relationship with Christ. Via de Cristo is a Spanish phrase meaning “The Way of Christ”. A Via de Cristo weekend is a spiritual renewal designed to strengthen the faith of Christian people in a peaceful and nourishing environment. The weekend is intended for lay men and women from every walk of life, for pastors, for people who have a strong and active life in Christ, and for those who seek to enrich their lives with Christ at the center. A weekend includes Christian fellowship, worship, making new friends, singing songs, praying and laughing.

A co-ed weekend will be held September 25-28, 2025, at Camp Fellowship in Waterloo, SC. The camp is located on Lake Greenwood and is the perfect place away from the distractions of our daily lives to enjoy nature and concentrate on our commitment to Christ. Over 70 members of All Saints have participated in a weekend, including both of our pastors. Please join us for a grace filled, spiritual renewal through a closer walk with Christ. For more information, you may visit www.scviadecristo.org or contact Debbie Wilson, 803-422-1723 or Joey Hydrick, 843-425-3580.
